"(I cannot recommend this office & especially Dr. Kipp enough. She always goes above and beyond for my pets, no matter the situation. The office regularly reaches out between visits to check on my babies, which I love, but the biggest testament to their character is how they responded to an injured stray kitten that I found— when he needed immediate care, they were willing to see me same day, but I ended up taking him to another vet that could see me a little earlier. Despite not having him as a patient, they reached out to check on him & when he ultimately did not make it, they all sent a lovely card with their condolences. TO A CAT THAT WASNT EVEN THEIR PATIENT. It is so clear that they genuinely care about you & your pets. I am without a doubt the most annoying helicopter pet parent there is, and I do not trust anyone with my animals, but I trust Dr. Kipp with their life every single time. I am so so grateful for this incredible team!"
